Our Harbour Town Premium Outlets location is launching soon, and we’re on the lookout for Casual Sales Assistants who live and breathe customer service, love smashing sales targets, and thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments.

This is for people who love to sell, who know how to connect with customers, and who are confident owning their performance on the floor. We’re looking for retail sales assistants who bring energy, edge, and ambition every single shift.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Deliver a standout customer experience that keeps them coming back
- Understand customer needs and confidently recommend the right products
- Hit and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Keep the store styled, stocked, and ready to perform
- Support visual merchandising, stock management, and outlet operations
- Help fulfil online orders and activate in-store campaigns
- Bring a strong work ethic and thrive in a high-volume retail setting
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- A real passion for customer service and results
- Confidence on the floor and the ability to drive your own sales
- A positive, team-first attitude and love for fast-paced retail
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Full Australian working rights
- Flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and peak periods

This role is in accordance with the Fair Work General Retail Industry Award penalty rates may vary based on age and shift times.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $33.19 – $34.48 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 38 per week
