As a Support Worker, you’ll be providing meaningful, in-home support that helps clients maintain independence and quality of life. Every day is different, and your work will include things like:
Personal care
Domestic assistance
Transport to appointments or activities
Social and community support
You might also support clients with complex needs – but don’t worry, we’ll give you all the training you need to feel confident and capable.
What You’ll Need:A caring, reliable, and compassionate attitude
A personal smartphone (for shift-related tasks)
A safe, reliable vehicle
- Hold min Cert III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care)
- Have a genuine passion for supporting people living with a disability
- Bring previous experience in disability or aged care (preferred)
- Own a smartphone compatible with company systems and apps
- Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Working with Children Check (or are willing to apply)
- Have a Police Check issued within the last 6 months
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate
- Have a valid driver’s licence and a roadworthy, insured vehicle
