Disacare Solution is currently seeking a compassionate, experienced, and reliable Casual Support Worker to join our team. We are looking for someone with a strong background in supporting individuals with Autism, ADHD, and Epilepsy, who can deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
This role is ideal for someone who is caring, approachable, and fluent in English, with a passion for supporting people in their daily lives and helping them participate in the community.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience supporting individuals with Autism, ADHD, and Epilepsy.
- A friendly and caring attitude, with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full Australian Driver’s License and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Must be eligible to work in Australia.
- Flexibility to work casual hours, including weekends if required.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to privacy, dignity, and the wellbeing of clients.
Desirable (Highly Regarded):
1. Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Mental Health, or a related field. (optional)
2. Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
3. First Aid and CPR Certification.
4. Working with Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
5.Preferably located in Shepparton or nearby suburbs.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $35.00 – $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
