FAMOUS FOOTWEAR is one of Australia’s leading Fashion Footwear Brands and an exciting opportunity for a Highly Motivated, Hands On, Casual Team Leader has become available at our Mackay store as of the 23rd of August 2025.
This position is for approximately 10-15hrs a week and good availability is required to be considered for this role. Please note that this is a temporary role until February 2026.
To be successful for this fantastic role we require:

- Has Prior experience in Footwear/Fashion Retail

- Has the ability to create a positive Team environment
- Is Hands on, Energetic & Vibrant
You will be assisting to organize and coordinate sales and new sales strategies throughout the store to increase sales, engage and attend to customers and supervise team members.
Experience in customer service is essential to be considered for this role.
