HEO 6 Base Salary $103,185 - $111,237 +17% superannuation

Join the University of Sydney Business School, a globally recognised business school ranking in the top 1% worldwide! We’re looking to recruit the CBD Campus Supervisor, who will be the first point of contact for all operational requirements. Reporting to the CBD Campus Manager, you will oversee front of house, student services, space utilisation, and staff coordination to ensure the campus operates seamlessly every day.

Your key responsibilities will be to:
manage front of house duties, operational and facility support regarding day-to-day operating activities
coordinate a range of facility and asset support, including basic AV troubleshooting, room setups and breakdowns
coordinate space allocation, exam support, event coordination and room bookings
support delivery of conferences, workshops and events hosted on the CBD Campus
provide advice on the ongoing review and development of CBD Campus policies and internal processes
ensure WHS policies and procedures are adhered to by all campus staff
About you
Bachelor degree or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience
demonstrated experience in educational administration, student coordination and/or facilities management in a similar environment
high-level interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people
physical ability to support the set-up and break-down of classrooms, including moving furniture and equipment
proven IT proficiency and ability to support staff and guests with a wide range of IT and AV equipment
professionalism and excellent communication skills
strong team player with demonstrated ability to make sound, practical and independent judgments when dealing with clients, contractors and staff members.
