What you’ll be doing:
In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of a consistent change management framework across complex strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s vision and objectives. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and project teams to embed change, overcome barriers, and deliver sustainable outcomes that support the service's strategic direction. Through expert guidance, structured planning, and insightful reporting, you’ll help shape a purpose-driven culture and drive meaningful organisational transformation.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in portfolio, project and change management
- Expertise in change methodologies, tools and principles
- Ability to build trusted relationships with executive leads and cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
- Ability to drive outcomes in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver results
- Strong understanding of and alignment with the values and dynamics of volunteer-based community service
- Commitment to driving change that is meaningful, inclusive, and sustainable
