We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Chemistry Technician to join our growing team based in Minto, in Sydney’s south-west. In this hands-on role, you will support the quality and innovation of our products through precise chemical analysis and lab testing.

Durotech Australia is a 48 year old Australian Made and Owned construction chemical manufacturer. The Durotech Group was established in 1977 to provide Innovative waterproofing and coating technology to the local and global market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine chemical and physical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods
• Prepare reagents and maintain laboratory equipment
• Record, analyse and report test results in accordance with quality and safety standards
• Support production and R&D teams with analytical data
• Ensure compliance with WHS and environmental standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Living in Australia with an easy reach to Minto (Campbelltown) Sydney
• Qualification in Chemistry or related field (e.g., Diploma, Bachelor’s)
• Experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
• Good knowledge of analytical techniques such as titration, pH, viscosity, etc.
• Attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
