It’s that time of year again — the sleigh bells are starting to ring, and we’re ramping up for a dazzling season of decorating! We’re on the hunt for talented, enthusiastic and can-do Decorating Production Assistants to jump on board right now and sleigh the lead-up to Christmas 2025 with us.
This is a casual role through to mid-January, based in our warehouse in Coburg North. Commencing with 2-3 days (business hours) a week, moving to full time as we ramp up to the Christmas season. A paid trial period may apply for a period of 2 weeks at the initiation of the role.

Main tasks This role is for the creation of commercial Christmas decorations in our warehouse
- Decorating trees, garlands and wreaths with flair and consistency
- Preparing client orders and packing decorations in the warehouse
- Helping move and load trees, props and sparkly bits into vans and trucks
- Working to style patterns and checklists—yes, even Santa loves a checklist
- Completing inductions and learning the ropes of Christmas safety and teamwork
From November onwards, you'll be:
- Helping install our show-stopping Christmas displays across Melbourne
- Bringing joy to shopping centres, council streets and event venues
- Climbing ladders (up to 2m) to hang the magic
- Supporting a fast-paced team of pros who know how to have fun and get the job done
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone with basic craft, art, prop making, VM or event styling skills
- A genuine love of all things Christmas
- Good physical stamina—you’ll be on your feet, lifting boxes, and staying merry under pressure
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- A driver’s licence (preferred & it’s helpful for sleigh duties)
- A flexible, can-do attitude and a willingness to jump in and make things beautiful
