New Horizon Construction (NHC) is a well-established civil construction company, specialising in a variety of works including Road Infrastructure\ Maintenance, Signage Installation, Graffiti Removal, Fencing and Line Marking based in Melbourne.
We are looking for experienced, motivated, and reliable Civil Crew Members for permanent positions. Who are experience in,
- Excavator operator.
- Drivers (HR) non synchromesh (Roadranger gearbox).
- Concrete laboring
Successful candidates must have following experience & qualifications,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil and road construction.
- Valid driving licenses.
- Excavator operator ticket 3 years minimum
- Working with a construction crew in road infrastructure work.
- Red or white card.
- Live locally to our depot in Northern Suburbs preferable.
Beneficial but not required,
· Traffic control ticket (stop\ slow bat)
· Certificate 3 in civil construction.
· Electrical spotting ticket.
- Experience in driving non synchromesh (double clutch) trucks.

Applicants will be held in higher regard if they possess a manual driver's license, HR Truck License, previous experience in the industry, the ability to work night shifts on occasion.
Positions will be on a full-time or full-time casual basis with applicable night rates when and as required.

Pay: $27.29 – $45.62 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
