: Greeting visitors. Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence. Transferring calls as necessary. Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
The duties of cleaning supervisor is listed as follows:·
Oversees several project sites and their teams of cleaners and cleaning tasks.· Supervises cleaners to ensure they carry out their work effectively.· Inspects the work areas cleaned by the cleaners.· Manages the work schedule of cleaners and reallocates tasks to cover absences
The duties of cleaner is listed as follows:
