We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at our 74 residence village: Kokoda Retirement Village in Ballina. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our residents enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning tasks across communal areas, resident facilities, and staff areas: sweeping, mopping, external power washing etc
Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained
Replenish supplies and report any maintenance issues
Follow health and safety procedures, including infection control standards
About You
Previous cleaning experience preferred, ideally in aged care, healthcare, or hospitality
Good attention to detail and time management
Friendly, respectful, and professional attitude
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Availability to work 1 day a week on an ongoing basis
A genuine interest and desire in contributing to the wellbeing of our residents
