About the Role
As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for our residents. Your work will directly contribute to infection control and the overall wellbeing of those in our care.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility
- Follow infection control protocols and cleaning best practices
- Engage with residents in a respectful, friendly, and positive manner
What We’re Looking For
- Previous cleaning experience in aged care (highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals, safe handling, and disposal
- Knowledge of infection control procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Valid National Police Check (standard or full disclosure)
- Full working rights in Australia
- Familiarity with Aged Care Quality Standards
