Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Experienced Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of professional cleaning experience and be comfortable traveling to various job sites. This role involves performing a range of cleaning tasks, including residential cleaning, end-of-lease cleaning, and post-construction cleaning. A White Card is preferred for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Residential Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in private homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all living areas, kitchens, and bathrooms.
- End-of-Lease Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning tasks to ensure properties are returned to landlords in top condition, ready for new tenants. This includes thorough cleaning of all rooms, appliances, windows, and ensuring no detail is overlooked.
- Post-Construction Cleaning: Clean newly constructed or renovated buildings, ensuring the removal of all dust, debris, and construction materials. Tasks include sweeping, mopping, window cleaning, and polishing surfaces to prepare the property for occupancy.
- Travel to Various Locations: Drive to different job sites regularly, including residential homes, apartments, and commercial buildings. Maintain punctuality and reliability in attending all scheduled cleaning appointments.
- Equipment and Supplies Management: Responsible for maintaining and transporting cleaning equipment and supplies. Ensure all tools and products are available and in good working condition for each job.
- Work Independently and as Part of a Team: Perform cleaning tasks independently when required, but also work collaboratively with team members on larger projects to ensure the job is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, ensuring their specific cleaning needs are met and addressing any concerns or requests they may have.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of professional cleaning experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required.
- White Card preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to different cleaning environments and job types.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Some Saturday work required
