Key Responsibilities:
- General Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing floors, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
- Waste Management: Emptying trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal of waste.
- Restroom Maintenance: Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, restocking supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
- Surface Cleaning: Cleaning and polishing furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Specialized Tasks: Depending on the environment, may include stripping wax from floors, re-waxing and polishing floors, and using specialized cleaning equipment like industrial vacuums.
- Supply Management: Reordering cleaning supplies and ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhering to safety guidelines, handling cleaning chemicals appropriately, and reporting any safety or maintenance issues.
- Laundry: Washing of curtains, reusable linens etc.
