What We’re Looking For:
- Previous cleaning experience or relevant qualifications
- Ability to work independently to a high standard
- Clear communication skills and a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Key Responsibilities may Include but not limited to:
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and general cleaning of common areas
- Vinyl/timber floor maintenance, including buffing, stripping, and polishing
- Cleaning and sanitising windows, glass doors, pictures, sinks, taps, toilets, and basins
- Dusting furniture, equipment, and venting systems
- Cobweb and mildew control using extendable equipment
- Rubbish disposal and litter control, including clearing drains and gutters
- Cleaning of tiled, concrete, asphalt, and paved surfaces, including hosing as required
- Locking and unlocking buildings as directed
- Maintaining and cleaning equipment
- Performing any other tasks necessary to uphold the high standards of our community

Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
