We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Cleaners on both part-time and full-time bases.
Position Available:
- Cleaner (Part-Time & Full-Time)
- Location: Various residential tower sites across Melbourne
Key Responsibilities:
- Work Accountability: You will be responsible for your own work and performance, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Waste Management: Manage waste in residential towers, including placing bins out for collection and bringing full recycle bins from 5 floors to the ground floor via the lift.
- Floor Maintenance: Vacuum lift lobbies on 8 floors and ensure all floors are kept clean and tidy.
- Foyer Cleaning: Detailed cleaning of the foyer, including washing mirrors and glass doors.
- Chute Room Maintenance: Mopping chute rooms and cleaning chute hatches to ensure they are sanitary and free from debris.
- Lift Polishing: Regular polishing of lifts to maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
- Loading Bay Cleaning: Sweep the loading bay area to keep it clean and orderly.
- Full training will be provided for all tasks and duties to ensure you are well-equipped to succeed in the role.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Part-Time: Flexible hours, minimum of 3 shifts per week.
- Full-Time: Must be available for full working hours, Monday to Friday.
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid working visa (for non-Australian applicants) or residency status.

Pay: $25.50 – $27.68 per hour
