About The Role

You’ll be working for the leading window and exterior cleaning business on the Central Coast. We have a positive and caring work environment and a real dedication to delivering amazing results to our clients whilst prioritising our team members. What You’ll Be Doing

• Window cleaning
• Gutter cleaning
• Solar panel cleaning
• House washing, roof cleaning, and pressure washing
• Chimney sweeping and wood heater maintenance
• Other occasional assorted cleaning and maintenance tasks

Summer/Spring is primarily window cleaning. Winter is primarily wood heater work. Autumn is a bit of everything.

The Role Has The Following Schedule:

• 4 days per week (with Friday off) - this allows us flexibility to reschedule rain days, and we also prefer the work/life balance. We often work 9hr days (including some paid travel time), so it can be normal to work 36hrs over 4 days per week. 8-8.5hr days though are the standard , so 32-34hrs per week typically.
• A 24hr per week role, and a 38hr per week role, can both be arranged for the right candidate.
• We do require flexibility with your day off each week because if we have rain days we reschedule the work. 3/4 weeks your day off will be the same day each week, which is a Friday
• No weekend work required, so you can actually have a life
• Usually 8am-4:30pm each day, plus half an hour of paid travel time from/to Wamberal each day where the work vehicle is parked
• As this is trade work, finish times vary every day - we usually stay back until the job is done. More often though, we get let out of class early.

You will begin immediately on 2-3 days per week to undergo training. Around the end of September 2025, the role will become 4 days per week.

What We Need From You

• You do the right thing when no one is watching, because, well, that’s just who you are
• Must live on the wonderful Central Coast NSW
• You’re comfortable working outdoors in the heat of summer and the cold during winter
• Comfortable working on roofs at heights (height safety training and equipment will be provided) - you don’t need to be able to tap dance on a roof, but you may feel like wanting to
• This is a physical role, so being healthy and able to work full days is a must
• You have a driver’s licence (Ps or full licence) and own car - or at least have a licence and can get transport to/from Wamberal each day
• Most days you will need to pick up / drop off the work ute from Wamberal at approximately 7:30am, so living close by is ideal but not required. For the right candidate, there is the possibility of being given your own work vehicle down the track to park at your house.
• No previous experience is required. Full training provided. In fact, our best team members had no previous experience
• Have a current police check (or willingness to obtain)
• Willingness to obtain a Working With Children check

$32.25/hr including casual loading. Opportunities for performance bonuses down the track.
