We have recently started providing our services for premium aged care facilities and are currently seeking hardworking, reliable and friendly team members who have great communication skills and supervising experience to join our team at La Trobe University - Bundoora (Plenty Rd, Bundoora VIC 3086).
The position
- Full Time Supervisor, Monday to Friday from 4:00AM to 12:00PM.
As a member our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Requirements
As you will be working within an academic environment, you will need to provide proof of the below compliance documentation as part of the recruitment process:
- Full Time working rights
- A valid Police Check
- Working with Children Check - Employee
- Australian Driver License
As the Supervisor you will be responsible for coordinating the work of Grade 1 Cleaners on site, being the first point of contact with our client and ensuring a high-quality service is delivered for them. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Attend daily briefings with our client and other contractors working onsite.
- Completing equipment checks and reporting any issues to the Manager.
- Working in a safe manner that does not disrupt others.
Essencial experience in:
- Managing people
- Site inspections
- Staff training
- Indidents reports
- Performance reviews
To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate that you are a team player with a strong customer service skills and an ability to follow directions and work autonomously. Experience in cleaning is not essential as all training to complete your role effectively and safely will be provided.
