About the Role
Our OGC & Secretariat is expanding and we’re looking for a Technology Lawyer (Client Contracting) to join our vast community of solvers. The OGC & Secretariat brings our purpose to life by providing strategic advice to the business.
You’ll help solve complex problems by using and developing your skills in:
- Technology contracting and commercial law
- Legal analysis and risk assessment
- Drafting and negotiating a variety of technology-related agreements
- Practice innovation and process improvement
In our OGC & Secretariat Client Contracting team, your impact will be seen by:
- Providing trusted and sensible advice on technology client contracting matters
- Delivering oral and written legal advice to stakeholders on a range of technology client contracting issues
- Following escalation protocols and consulting senior lawyers as required
- Undertaking legal analysis and providing clear, plain English advice to management on Commercial arrangements and legal obligations
- Drafting contract documents such as Master/Umbrella/Framework Services Agreements, Technology-specific Services Agreements, Subcontract Agreements, License Agreements, Reseller Agreements, Service Schedules/Modules, and Statements of Work/Order Documents
- Developing practice innovation to improve how the team delivers legal services to our clients
- Delivering training and presentations to internal stakeholders
- Monitoring legal and regulatory changes, and developing flexible, creative, and innovative solutions to business problems
- Working closely with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization, particularly with PwC’s risk and compliance teams
- Providing focused and pragmatic solutions to address legal risk and business problems
