Client Manager, Global & Corporate – Global Client Network

A core Client Segment within Aon Risk Solutions, Global Client Network specializes in the provision of exceptional Insurance and Risk Management Services to a broad portfolio of Multinational organisations.

The Client Manager is responsible for service delivery for a key portfolio of Global & Corporate clients and is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in this segment.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Sydney or Melbourne office.

What the day will look like

  • Managing key stakeholder relationships and enhancing the client experience
  • Attracting, retaining and growing clients; and designing appropriate servicing solutions
  • Contributing to the strategic direction of the Global & Corporate business
  • Working with our Client Service Support, Broking, Claims and the wider Aon Global network to deliver optimised outcomes for the client
  • Ensuring client and portfolio profitability is maintained
  • Mentoring and developing colleagues within Aon

Skills and experience that will lead to success

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience and success servicing a portfolio of clients. Key requirements include:

  • Experience within the Insurance market managing a portfolio of clients
  • Technical understanding of a broad range of Insurance products and risk solutions
  • Experience in handling large claims
  • Good cross selling abilities
  • Pro-active and great client relationship management capabilities, which includes attracting, retaining and growing clients
  • Adept negotiation and relationship building skills with great communication abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
