Client Services Officer
Company Description
mlcoa is the largest provider of independent medical assessments with many years of experience and a diverse choice of medical experts that assist in the management of workers' compensation, motor vehicle personal injury or public liability claims. We are seeking an upbeat, bubbly, enthusiastic and driven individual customer service with administration experience who would be comfortable in calling and speaking to customers to join our Tasmanian team on a full time basis.
Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for supporting clients with arranging suitable appointments with our extensive specialist consultant team. Responsibilities will vary and may involve supporting the broader operational team to help ensure the smooth running of day to day operations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Small amounts of marketing may be required.
- Responding to scheduling requirements and changes as necessary
- Liaising with clients to plan and implement the provision of agreed services to meet client requirements
- Preparing complete medical files to ensure that scheduled appointments can be completed
- Providing administrative and operational support to the consultant practitioner as necessary
- Providing information and advice to clients, or prospective clients
- Undertaking other tasks assigned to the Client Services division, including reception duties
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, consultants and other key stakeholders
Qualifications
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Demonstrated the ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated the ability to work independently and within a group environment
- A personal approach which is positive, enthusiastic, friendly and helpful
- Strong prioritisation skills while maintaining a flexibility to operate in an environment of change
- Computer literacy,
- Experience in making outbound calls.
