The Client Support Officer provides important administrative support to AGS’s Client Services team.

About the role
Among other tasks, you will have a key role in supporting AGS clients and other AGS staff in their support of clients. Some key responsibilities include:
- administrative tasks including document preparation
- supporting the Client Development team to prepare bids and tenders, quoting and CV preparation support, and research
- responding to routine client queries
- updating the Client Relationship Management System and supporting data-quality assurance activities
- ad hoc support for AGS Events and other activities.

To succeed in the role you will have:

- a client service mindset and a professional approach
- the ability to be flexible and work as part of a team
- good knowledge of common software applications (e.g. Word, Outlook, Adobe)
- a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality
- sound communication/writing skills.
