Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Customer service experience (required)
- Valid Driver's License (desirable)
- Previous experience in allied health or medical services (preferred)
- Proficiency in PC operations, MS Office, PDF handling, Practice Management tools, and Canva
- Attention to detail with a self-driven work ethic
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reception duties - welcoming clients, answering phones, responding to emails, processing payments, scheduling appointments using practice management software and answering enquiries
- General administrative duties e.g. scanning, filing, typing letters, mail
- Coordinating schedules across multiple practitioners and locations
- Assisting the Clinical Operations Manager in daily administrative tasks
- Overseeing inventory, clinic operations, and financial transactions

Pay: $56,000.00 – $67,703.42 per year

Supplementary Pay:
- Performance bonus
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Clinic reception: 1 year (Preferred)
