Job Description
- Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Assist dentists and oral health professionals during procedures.
- Manage stock control, sterilisation, and infection control protocols.
- Provide leadership and training to dental assistants.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Deliver outstanding patient care and maintain a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Dental experience essential and exposure to a similar position highly desirable.
- Proven experience in a dental or healthcare setting (essential).
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (highly desirable).
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Passionate about providing outstanding patient care.
- Proficiency with dental software systems.
