Here’s what we’re searching for as an individual:
- Previous experience in a management position; preferably a club/day lounge;
- An understanding of profit measures, the ability to manage costs and productivity, and the drive to exceed sales goals
- A willingness to go above and beyond with an eagerness to grow personally and professionally.
- Knowledge on beverage menu development
- Have a big picture approach while ensuring the daily deliverables are being met
- Availability for Monday- Sunday Shifts (hours are rotated depending on availability, between open, mid and closing shifts)
- A passion for recruiting, training and developing talented individuals who will be the future leaders within the business
- Friendly, approachable, and believes the customer always comes first;
- Strive to execute efficient and flawless service every shift; and
- You’re someone who takes pride in yourself and your personal brand.
