Job Description
- Be available to personally assist guests and respond promptly to their requirements in line with Sofitel Luxury service expectations.
- Ensure personalised, efficient, luxury service is provided to all guests.
- Embrace the service culture of Butler service.
- To provide warm, welcoming service without compromise to all guests.
- Work cohesively as a team member.
- Report to the supervisor at all times during the rostered shift and complete all duties assigned by the supervisors and team leaders.
- To initiate contact with hotel guests to offer individual services and to ensure guest satisfaction. ·
- Concierge services within the Club Millesime
- Liaise with Chef/Kitchen brigade to ensure service times are adhered to.
- Check ordered meals on collection from kitchen and deliver to guests promptly to maintain temperature and appearance, ensure items are announced.
- Ensure all Food & Beverage is served according to Club Millesime standards and exceeds the expectations of our guests.
- Ensure the presentation of Food & Beverage within Club Millesime is of a high, luxury service standard.
- Maintain product knowledge of all menus and wine lists in order to advise and make recommendations to guests.
- Ensure you have a good understanding of allergens and dietary requirements.
- Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy.
- Ensure all mis-en-place is completed prior to guests’ arriving.
- Carry out any additional duties as requested by the Club Millesime Manager and designated Club Millesime leaders.
- Be available to personally assist guests and respond promptly to their requirements in line with Sofitel Luxury service expectations.

- Experience within a similar role.
- Strong communication skills.

- Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays.
