B2J Group is currently seeking a qualified and experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our growing team in Smithfield for our joinery project. This role is perfect for someone with experience cutting laminate and working across joinery factory industry.

About the Role
- Operate CNC machinery to cut and process laminate and board materials
- Handle materials with care to maintain quality and avoid damage
- Follow cutting lists, technical drawings, and production schedules
- Perform basic CNC machine maintenance
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience operating CNC machines in a cabinet-making or similar environment
- Experience working with laminate materials is essential
- Strong understanding of cabinetry, joinery, or wood manufacturing processes
- Strong communication and time management skills
