LF Facility Group is a growing Melbourne-based, heart-led cleaning and facility services business dedicated to exceptional care, great communication, strong team support and making a positive impact in the community. We are currently looking for a Casual Cleaner to join our small, close-knit team!
What We Offer:
- Hours: 15–20 hours per week
- Locations: Primarily in Melbourne’s Northern suburbs and CBD (e.g. Preston, Carlton, Melbourne City) — with flexibility required to work in the South as needed
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday, between 6:00 am – 6:00 pm (no night shifts!)
- Benefits: Travel reimbursement between sites, Portable Long Service Leave
- All cleaning equipment provided
- Supportive and inclusive team environment
About You:
- Available during the day on Mondays through to Sunday - some 6am starts a possibility
- Have a strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering high standards
- Hold a current Australian driver’s license and own a reliable car (essential for travel sites with equipment) - Not negotiable
- Legally able to work in Australia
- Able to work independently, be self-motivated and enjoy being part of a caring and supportive team
- Police check (or willing to obtain one)
- Previous cleaning experiance preferred but by no means essential
