What you'll be doing:
- Managing the business support inbox and providing timely, accurate responses to queries.
- Preparing, maintaining, and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly sales, pricing, and performance reports for multiple business units.
- Administering and processing rebates, pricing updates, claims, and invoices across all customer channels, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintaining up to date system pricing, customer contracts and portals, and ensuring data integrity across all platforms.
- Tracking, updating, and maintaining customer forecasts in our forecasting systems in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Liaising with stakeholders to share insights, resolve issues, and support decision making.
- Supporting commercial projects and initiatives, including Goodman Fielder Ingredients activities.

- Experience working in FMCG, foodservice, or manufacturing environments is highly regarded
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to manage and analyse data effectively.
- Experience with SAP and basic accounting processes is desirable.

- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence in engaging with multiple stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
