Communications Lead (12-Month Fixed Term Contract – Parental leave cover)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Communications Lead to join our dynamic Organisation Development team on a 12-month fixed term contract. As a key member of our People and Capability team, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our people informed, engaged and inspired.
We're looking for a creative communicator who can bring the Bega tone of voice to life. Your ability to turn business updates and strategy into clear, engaging content will help strengthen connection across the business. You'll collaborate with stakeholders at all levels including our executive team, to lead the planning and delivery of internal communications including our quarterly Town Halls.

We offer flexible working arrangements with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Docklands office.
Responsibilities
Create engaging internal communications to boost employee engagement
Design communication materials for various audiences and channels
Advise and support leaders on internal communications strategies
Manage messaging, campaigns, and strategies aligned with brand and style guideline
Manage and measure effectiveness of corporate LinkedIn page, Bega Group careers page and internal communications platforms
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to align our People Promise and recruitment marketing content with our brand
About you
Proven experience in communications related role
A strong track record in storytelling and content creation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Canva (or other design platforms)
Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
A proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
