About the Role
As Communications Coordinator for the Faculty of Arts, you'll play a crucial role in developing and delivering strategic communications across multiple channels. You'll have the opportunity to unearth and amplify groundbreaking research, engage with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to the faculty's reputation management. This role offers you the chance to hone your skills in content creation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications in a dynamic academic environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Produce Compelling Content: Create high-quality, engaging content for various channels including staff hub, websites, social media, and media releases.
Amplify Research: Proactively engage with Faculty of Arts researchers to uncover and promote their work to internal and external audiences.
Execute Communication Strategies: Support the implementation of integrated strategic communications plans and promotional strategies for faculty programs and activities.
Manage Stakeholder Relations: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver effective communications and manage the faculty's reputation.

You are a skilled communicator with a degree in a relevant field and experience in producing targeted, engaging content across various channels, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
You may also :
Possess excellent communication skills.
Have expertise in producing content for print, digital, and social channels.
Demonstrate a strong track record in project execution and meeting deadlines.
Show experience in stakeholder engagement and reputation management.
Be able to operate independently in a rapidly changing environment.
Have proven ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Exhibit high ethical standards, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.
