At PPG, we’re currently seeking a Communication Specialist to provide timely and effective marketing support and graphic design capabilities to the Refinish, Protec and CPC businesses. Whilst reporting to the Refinish Marketing Director, you will provide assistance to Customer Services, Product Specialists and Sales teams applying graphic design skills and know how in the development of marketing collateral.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to sales, product management, technical and customers responding to ad-hoc requests and to the proactive publication of information and sales tools to support business goals
- Frequent communications and representation at meetings with key internal stakeholders
- Work in conjunction with the Marketing director and Senior Marketing Specialist
- Assist in the production of the Refinisher magazine, Paint Perspective and Performance Report
- Liaise with advertising agencies, label printers, Brandon Merchandise, designing merchandise decoration to add further value and differentiation
- Assist with implementation of promotions, including design of promotional items and flyers
- Assist with websites and posts to social media
Requirements
- Marketing degree or a related field
- Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Collaborative and customer service focus
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills to develop engaging content
- Drive to achieve results and deliver on accountabilities
- Demonstrated experience in a highly skilled administrative role
