The opportunity:

You’ll contribute to the maintenance of strategies, systems, and tools that guide our approach to community and social performance.

Your day-to-day work will include helping to coordinate community and social performance programs of work, scheduling internal and external interactions, drafting communications and briefing materials, managing stakeholder databases, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. You’ll be a key link between the CSP team, other divisions, and external stakeholders—both in the office and out in the field—helping to align efforts and ensure a consistent, community-focused approach across Powerlink’s operations.

With a proactive mindset and a strong attention to detail, you’ll be a go-to person for coordination and support, and a champion for community and social performance perspectives within the business.

You’ll be supported by experienced professionals who are committed to learning, sharing knowledge, and creating lasting positive impacts for Queensland’s people, places, and environment.

What you'll bring:

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or related discipline, or lesser qualification if coupled with significant experience within an administration or customer service environment.
  • Experience supporting projects or teams in a fast-paced environment, ideally within infrastructure or government sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • High-level organisational and data management skills, including MS Office proficiency.
