We are searching for our next team member to join our Workplace Services team in the position of Concierge Executive , based within the Perth CBD.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering a warm, heartfelt welcome to all tenants and visitors as well as assisting with any enquiries they may have
- Manage telephones, email accounts and tenant customer requests promptly with the Accor values always front of mind
- Deliver concierge related activities such as restaurant bookings, VIP meet & greets, arranging transport and hotel bookings alongside other such services.
What we need from you:
- Strong passion for people and curating experiences for others
- Experience in delivering genuine hospitality from the heart
- Experience in computer use with associated tools.
