Essendon Volkswagen has an exciting opportunity for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Concierge / Administration Assistant to join our vibrant and supportive team. This is a dual-role opportunity offering variety, responsibility, and room for growth — perfect for someone who enjoys being both the first point of contact and a vital part of the admin team.
About the Role:
Greeting and assisting guests, providing a warm and professional first impression
- Managing reception duties including answering calls, directing enquiries, and coordinating customer lounge areas
- Processing accounts payable and completing bank reconciliations
- Supporting month-end processing and reconciliations
- Assisting with various administrative duties and internal communications
- Making Barista Style coffee or tea for our customers
- Liaising with internal departments and ensuring smooth daily operations
About YOU:
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced in administration and/or customer-facing roles
Confident, well-presented and customer-focused
Organised and able to manage time and tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
A great communicator, both in person and over the phone
A proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
Automotive industry experience is highly desirable but not essential
