Metro Petroleum is looking for experienced and reliable Console Operators to join our team at our Padstow location. We are seeking individuals who can start immediately and thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate the fuel station console, including processing sales and handling cash/card transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with inquiries and purchases.
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and store policies.
- Work independently and efficiently during shifts.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience as a console operator or in a retail/customer service role is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, well-presented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and stock control.
- Availability for immediate start and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
