Job Title: Construction Labourer
Employment Type: Casual/Permanent up to 38 Hours per week (with Overtime)
Pay Rate: $35.83 per hour + Super
Location: Brisbane and Surrounding Areas
About the Role
We are looking for motivated and reliable Construction Labourers to join our team on a range of residential building projects across Brisbane and surrounding suburbs. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in housing construction or those keen to build a long-term career in the residential construction industry.
You will be working alongside skilled trades and site supervisor, renovations, decking’s, retaining walls & Fencing. Your responsibilities will include preparing and maintaining work sites, assisting with project construction as well as operating power tools and handling materials.
This is a physically active role suited to someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys working outdoors, and understands the fast-paced nature of residential construction. You’ll need to be safety-conscious, punctual, and willing to adapt to different tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities
- General labouring and site clean-up
- Assisting tradespeople and site supervisors
- Manual handling and materials movement
- Operating basic power tools and equipment
- Following WHS procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous labouring experience (construction or civil preferred)
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Reliable transport and current driver's licence
- Ability to work full-time hours and overtime as required (Monday – Saturday)
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- PPE (steel caps, hard hat, etc.)
