Construction Supervisor (9–12 Month Project)

• Location: Highgate (travel between Perth and Rockingham is required)

About the Role:

As Construction Supervisor, you’ll oversee site operations for a $12M modular classroom build at Highgate Primary School—part of WA's $4.4B investment into school infrastructure. Due for completion in April 2026, this is your chance to lead with impact, drive safety and quality, and be part of a team shaping the future of learning environments.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will:

• Supervise daily site activities and subcontractors
• Coordinate resources and generate contracts
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely project delivery
• Build strong stakeholder relationships
• Identify and mitigate hazards and risks

About You:

• A trade certificate or equivalent experience
• Proven construction site supervision experience
• White Card and First Aid certification
• Open driver’s license
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to supervise multiple project sites
• Excellent time management and planning abilities
• Ability to interpret drawings, reports, and engineering specifications
• Commitment to safety and compliance
• Ability to travel between site in Highgate, Perth and the Rockingham office
