TTI is currently seeking a Consumer FP and A Manager to join our team in 31 Gilby Rd, Mount Waverley, VIC, 3149. Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, your key duties will include:
Role Summary
To lead the Consumer business FP&A team responsible for supporting the Consumer Business to achieve its financial objectives. Manage the Consumer Planning process and monitor the financial health of the organisation. This includes Monthly Planning & Annual Budgeting process, reviewing month end results & forecast submission, providing variance analysis and insights, facilitating monthly IBP/S&OP and preparing Monthly Exec Report & Quarterly Operations Review packs.
What your day to day looks like
Manage forecast/budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, changes in business conditions and in line with forecasting cycles
Facilitate monthly IBP/S&OP process to drive awareness and alignment between departments to achieve strategic objectives
Partner with business stakeholders to drive impactful business outcomes through insights, analysis, and actionable recommendations.
Maintain controls over Customer Price lists and Product Costs to ensure they are accurately maintained and updated within SAP in accordance with SOA in a timely manner.
Support a culture of continuous improvement to capture, implement and enhance business performance, efficiency, insights and value.
What you will need to do this role
CPA or CA qualified, including continuing professional development and learning
Financial leadership qualities backed up by exceptional analytical and numerical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
A thorough understanding of financial governance practices
Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment,demonstrating flexibility and agility in responding to new challenges
