We are currently looking for a part-time or full-time conveyancer, experience is essential.
The skills necessary for this job are:
- Good phone manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Attention to detail
- Punctual and with good time management
Tasks will include:
- Reviewing purchase contracts
- setting up transactions on Pexa
- Advising clients
- liaising with the otherside on matters
- Drafting sales contracts
