- Full-time, fixed term contract for 3 years based in The Ehrenberg-Bass Institute for Marketing Science at the City West campus
- Salary range: $91,033 - $100,080 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About the Role
Reporting to the Manager: Corporate Sponsorship Program, you will oversee the day-to-day coordination and administration of the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute’s Corporate Sponsorship Program. You will manage complex sponsor relationships, supervise a team of Corporate Sponsor Officers, and ensure quality support and communication with sponsors. Your role includes overseeing travel logistics, presentation materials, and resolving escalations. You will also deliver special projects aimed at enhancing sponsor services.

To Be Successful You Will Need
- Tertiary qualification and relevant experience, including project management and senior administration in complex environments
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with a strong focus on high-quality customer service
- Excellent organisational, analytical and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong communication, business writing and stakeholder engagement skills across multiple levels
- Experience developing and improving policies, procedures and systems to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
