As our Copywriter, you’re not just writing words - you’re shaping conversations across our portfolio of bold, challenger brands to forge genuine connections. From punchy above-the-line ad campaigns to nuanced customer loyalty messages, your words will resonate across channels - whether it’s out-of-home, digital display, social media, or email - grabbing attention and driving action. You'll make impact by:
- Campaign & Content Creation
- Develop engaging, original, and performance-driven copy for high-impact above-the-line campaigns, customer loyalty programs, direct customer communications, and all essential marketing outputs across our portfolio of brands.
- Brand Voice Champion
- Be the primary guardian of our brand voice across every marketing touchpoint. Ensure the utmost consistency, clarity, and impact of messaging while masterfully adapting tone and style for different audiences (our customers, internal stakeholders) and a wide array of mediums (out-of-home, digital display, social, email, scripts, and more).
- Strategic Concepting
- Actively participate in concepting and ideation sessions, bringing compelling verbal ideas to the table that not only spark creativity but also align precisely with strategic objectives and drive tangible commercial outcomes.
- Multi-Channel Adaptation
- Craft compelling copy specifically tailored for optimal performance across various platforms, understanding the unique nuances of how messages resonate and convert in social media, search, display, and beyond.
- Insightful Brief Interpretation
- Effectively interpret complex creative briefs, ask insightful clarifying questions, and ensure all necessary information is captured upfront to produce high-quality, on-strategy copy.
- Meticulous Editing & Proofreading
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in grammar, spelling, and punctuation, ensuring all copy is error-free, polished, and reflects the highest standards of our brands.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience as a Copywriter in an agency or in-house creative team, with a strong portfolio that clearly demonstrates diverse writing styles and extensive channel expertise. Experience with telco or multi-brand portfolios is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to translate complex marketing objectives into clear, concise, and compelling copy that not only drives action but consistently achieves commercial outcomes.
- Demonstrated extensive experience in writing for a wide range of marketing touchpoints, including digital (social media, display, EDM), traditional (OOH, print, direct mail), and potentially video/scripting.
- Expert capability in developing, maintaining, and adapting distinct brand voices across multiple brands, effectively tailoring them for different target audiences and channels.
- Strong conceptual abilities, with a track record of contributing innovative verbal ideas during ideation sessions that elevate campaign thinking.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams, marketers, and all levels of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with creative brief processes and job tracking systems (like Jira) to ensure seamless and efficient workflow.
