We’re looking for a Corporate Affairs Senior Manager to lead our eternal engagement strategy and elevate ING’s voice in Australia. This is your opportunity to make a real impact—on our business, our customers, and the way Australians bank.
As our Corporate Affairs Senior Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind ING’s relationships with government, media, and industry stakeholders. You’ll influence public policy, manage reputation, and ensure our messaging is aligned and impactful across the business.
This is a strategic, hands-on role where you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, collaborate closely with teams across Legal, Risk, ESG, and Marketing, and represent ING as a visible and credible voice in the public sphere.
What you’ll do

- ternal engagement with government, media, and industry bodies. Shape and e
- ecute strategies that influence public policy and enhance our reputation.
- Manage crisis communications and reputation risk.
- Craft compelling submissions, briefings, and messaging for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate across Legal, Risk, ESG, and Marketing to ensure alignment. Represent ING at key forums and build strong e
- ternal relationships.
What we’re looking for
Proven eperience in government relations, public affairs, or e- ternal communications.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and policy insight. E
- ceptional communicator—confident, clear, and persuasive. Skilled at navigating comple
- stakeholder environments.
- Agile, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting.
- Professional, politically neutral, and credible at all levels.
