About the Role
As a Corporate Services Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Corporate Services team. Your responsibilities will include client service and contact, catering and general accounts support, calendar management, data entry and records management. We believe in providing full training and support, but we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, and enjoys working collaboratively to contribute positively to our team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with conflict checking, file closures, document retention and archiving
- Assisting with room setups for meetings, functions, and events
- Assisting with food preparation and tea and coffee service for clients
- Performing relief reception duties
- Supporting the broader Corporate Services team in various tasks as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Availability to work Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5:30 pm
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Barista experience is a plus
- Strong time management skills with the ability to organise and prioritise workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive attitude with the ability to use initiative and follow through on all requests
