RA Tas is looking for an experienced Counsellor/Case Manager to join our team on a permanent full - time basis to help us enhance the lives of communities, families, and individuals by supporting positive and respectful relationships.
This opportunity can be either full time or part time by negotiation.
Do you fit the bill?
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology or equivalent tertiary qualifications that are recognised to deliver therapeutic counselling services in accordance with agency requirements
- Demonstrated experience in providing trauma informed counselling, individuals, couples, and families,
- Knowledge and understanding of counselling theory and practice, including trauma-informed practice, developmental theory and family violence frameworks of practice
- Ability to communicate and engage with a wide range of stakeholders
- Salary starting from $83,872.47 to $91,438.75 + Super / *Pro-rata
- Relevant qualifications and experience salary loading may be applicable
- Additional PAID leave days (up to 5 per year *pro-rata)
