- Oversee engineering activities within Australia.
- Coordinate System Technical Team to deliver services (quotations, orders) ensuring respect of Service Levels set by Corporate.
- Make sure that all the aims of the project and the quality standards are met while keeping track of the progress.
- Monitor production activities to ensure guidelines are maintained.
- Be conversant with all Epta technical equipment
- Provide technical direction for the system development and design.
- Provide technical guidelines for the system selection during the quotation process.
- Assist suppliers with Epta product selection, its application and design.
- Liaise with clients on Epta technical equipment best suited to their application
- Interact with local Trade marketing for product development
- Technically support the sales team, both remotely and face to face
- Oversee commissioning of plants with key clients, on site or remotely
- Ability to assist with technical support on Epta products remotely.
- Be able to travel nationally as required.

Requirements
- Extensive experience (typically 5+ years post qualification) in engineering management roles, including leadership positions overseeing technical teams and infrastructure.
- Extensive R744 design and commissioning experience within the commercial refrigeration realm.
- Bachelor’s Degree: Typically in Mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of refrigeration engineering trade qualification.
