Courier

As a Courier at Bunnings Woodville, you will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of products to our customers. You will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service throughout the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery Management:
• Safely transport products from Bunnings Woodville to customers’ locations in a timely manner.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
• Order Handling:
• Load and unload products, ensuring that items are handled with care to prevent damage.
• Verify the accuracy of orders before leaving the store for delivery.
• Customer Service:
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner during deliveries.
• Address any customer inquiries or concerns regarding their orders promptly.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery confirmations and any issues encountered during transport.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted as required.
• Vehicle Maintenance:
• Ensure that the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled for daily operations.
• Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to management promptly.
• Safety Compliance:
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during deliveries.
• Promote a safe working environment by following best practices for transportation and handling of products.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a courier or delivery role is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $49.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
