What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in an asphalt crew role
- Skilled in operating pavers, screeds, rollers, and skid steers
- HR Licence (desirable)
- White Card (mandatory)
- Cert II or III in Civil Construction or Civil Engineering (advantageous)
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work both day and night shifts
