We're looking for a passionate Culture & Capability Specialist to join us on this journey.
In this role, you’ll report to the National Manager – Culture and Capability and play a key part in designing, implementing, and supporting innovative programs that build learning, enhance capability, and boost engagement across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
As a Culture & Capability Advisor your responsibilities include:
- Design and deliver learning, development, and engagement initiatives across genU
- Create and update learning content, including e-learning modules, to meet stakeholder and compliance needs
- Coordinate and facilitate programs that support onboarding, skills development, and capability growth
- Manage logistics for events and initiatives, including guest speakers, bookings, and materials
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide reporting and insights to support data-driven decisions
- Contribute to internal communications for learning and engagement programs
- Support projects such as mentoring and employee engagement surveys
- Respond to team member queries related to learning and development
- Drive continuous improvement in Culture & Capability processes
- Collaborate within the People & Culture team to support shared goals
About you
We are looking for dynamic and values-led individuals who have:
- Experience in similar roles within large, complex organisations
- Strong multitasking and stakeholder management skills
- Skills in designing engaging e-learning content
- Proficiency in systems like HRIS, LMS, and CMS
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Clear, confident communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational discipline and self-motivation
- A commitment to quality outcomes
- Integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information

Requirements
To be eligible, you must have or willing to complete:
- NDIS Screening Workers Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion.
- A qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience)
- A collaborative and flexible approach to work, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels
