Customer Advisor – Part-Time

• Permanent part time position
• Monday to Friday, 9:45 AM – 3:15 PM
• $30 per hour, plus 12% superannuation and leave loading
• Requires permanent working rights for Australia

We’re seeking a motivated, community-minded Customer Advisor to join our local branch on a part-time basis. This role goes beyond traditional teller duties, you’ll build meaningful relationships, support the community, and empower customers to make confident financial decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing friendly and professional face-to-face service
• Connecting with customers through outbound calls and understanding their banking needs
• Promoting a range of RAB products and services
• Handling cash accurately and following procedures carefully
• Maintaining confidentiality and a strong focus on detail
• Ensuring daily branch operations run smoothly

No previous banking experience? That’s okay. If you’re organised, responsible, and confident with numbers and systems, we’ll provide the training and support you need.

Hours of Work

This part-time role is Monday to Friday, 9:45 AM to 3:15 PM, to cover branch opening hours. If these times don’t quite suit you, let’s talk. While customer service is our priority, we’re open to discussing options like job sharing for the right candidate.

You’ll be confident working independently, comfortable with sales and customer engagement, and accurate in handling cash and following processes.
